Order
WHEREAS the Town of Summerside (the "Town") has applied to the Commission for a variance to Order UE93-1 to extend the deadline for filing the Town's operating and capital budgets;
AND WHEREAS it appears to the Commission that the extension to the filing deadline is warranted at this time;
NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission Act and the Electric Power and Telephone Act
IT IS ORDERED THAT
1. Paragraph 2 of Commission Order UE93-1 is revoked and the following substituted therefor:
1. The Town shall file for review by the Commission its proposed 1994 budget and rates prior to March 31, 1994.
2. Paragraph 13 of Commission Order UE93-1 is revoked and the following substituted therefor:
13. The Town shall file with the Commission, on an annual basis prior to March 31, the budget for capital expenditures for the year.
