UPON the application of the Cornwall Sewage Collection and Water Distribution Corporation ( the "Utility") for an amendment to Public Utilities Commission Order No. W91-5 to extend the filing deadline of an application for confirmation of the Utility's interim Schedule of Water Service Rates and Charges;

AND UPON it appearing to the Commission that a four-month extension to the said deadline is reasonable;

IT IS ORDERED THAT

Paragraph 3 of Public Utilities Commission Order No. W91-5 is revoked and the following substituted therefor:

"3. The Utility shall file with the Commission, on or before October 31,1992, an application for confirmation of its interim Tariff;"
