Order
UPON the application of the Charlottetown Area Pollution Control Commission (the "Applicant" or "Utility") for amendments to the methodology for calculating rates and charges to the Utility's member municipalities for sanitary sewerage services;
AND UPON reading and considering the Utility's application;
AND UPON it appearing to the Commission that the Utility's proposals are necessary and equitable;
NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the Water and Sewerage Act, R.S.P.E.I., 1988, Cap. W-2;
IT IS ORDERED THAT
1. The existing Tariff for sanitary sewerage services of the Charlottetown Area Pollution Control Commission is revoked and the Tariff appended to, and forming part of, this Order is substituted therefor.
