UPON the application of the Charlottetown Water Commission for interim approval of a Tariff for temporary water services provided to the Town of Parkdale;

AND UPON it appearing to the Commission that the proposal of the Charlottetown Water Commission is not unreasonable or discriminatory;

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT

1. the following rates and charges for temporary water services provided to the Town of Parkdale Water Utility are approved, on an interim basis:

Metered Water Service:

4-inch metered base charge (per month) $62.20

1st block: 0—100m3 15 cents per m3

2nd block: 101—2,000m3 13 cents per m3

3rd block: Over 2,000m3 11.1 cents per m3

Fire Protection Service:

For each fire hydrant or sprinkler system connection:

78.9% of the equivalent outside-Charlottetown charge for water supply for fire protection.

2. these rates and charges are effective from the date of interconnection of the water systems of the Charlottetown Water Commission and the Town of Parkdale Water Utility and shall remain in effect until otherwise ordered by the Commission.
