UPON the application of the North River Water and Sanitary Sewerage Utility (the "Applicant" or "Utility") for an increase to its schedule of rates and charges for sanitary sewerage services;

AND UPON reading and considering the Utility's application and written submissions from certain customers of the Utility;

AND UPON the Commission having received and reviewed the Applicant's audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 1991;

AND UPON it appearing to the Commission that the proposed sanitary sewerage rates are necessary and equitable;

NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the Water and Sewerage Act, RSPEI, 1988, Cap. W-2;

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. the existing Tariff for sanitary sewerage services of the North River Water and Sanitary Sewerage Utility is revoked and the Tariff appended to, and forming part of, this Order is substituted therefor; and

2. the appended Tariff is approved and declared effective on 1 January 1992 and shall remain in effect until otherwise ordered by the Commission.
