Order
UPON the application of the Community of Winsloe Sewer Utility (the "Applicant" or "Utility") dated July 15, 1992, for interim approval of a schedule of rates and charges for sanitary sewerage services provided to residents in the Community of Winsloe;
AND UPON reading and considering the Utility's application;
AND UPON it appearing to the Commission that the proposed interim sanitary sewerage rates are necessary and equitable;
NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to ss. 15 and 17 of the Water and Sewerage Act, R.S.P.E.I., 1988, Cap. W-2;
IT IS ORDERED THAT
1. Interim approval is hereby granted to the Community of Winsloe Sewer Utility for the implementation of the Tariff appended to, and forming part of, this order;
2. The current Municipal Sewerage Utilities General Rules and Regulations shall be implemented by the Utility;
3. The Utility shall file an application with the Commission, on or before June 30, 1994 for confirmation of its interim sanitary sewerage tariff approved herein;
4. The Utility shall set up and maintain a separate system of accounts for the reporting period January 1 - December 31 of each year; and
5. The provisions of this order shall remain in effect until otherwise ordered by the Commission.
