Order
UPON the application of the Tignish Sewage Collection and Water Distribution Corporation (the "Applicant" or "Utility") dated June 25, 1992, for approval of a continuation of the existing schedule of rates and charges for water services provided to residents in the Community of Tignish;
AND UPON reading and considering the Utility's application in this matter as well as comments received from Eric McCarthy, a customer of the Utility;
AND UPON it appearing to the Commission that a water rate of $200.00 is necessary and equitable;
NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the Water and Sewerage Act, R.S.P.E.I., 1988, Cap. W-2;
IT IS ORDERED THAT
1. the Interim Tariff approved by the PEI Public Utilities Commission under Order W90-14 is confirmed:
2. the Interim Tariff for water services of the Tignish Sewage Collection and Water Distribution Corporation is revoked and the Tariff appended to, and forming part of, this order is substituted therefor; and
3. the appended Tariff is approved and declared effective on January 1, 1993 and shall remain in effect until otherwise ordered by the Commission.
