IN THE MATTER of an application of the Community of North Rustico Sewerage Collection and Treatment Corporation dated December, 1992.

BEFORE THE COMMISSION

Order

UPON the application of the Community of North Rustico Sewerage Collection and Treatment Corporation (the "Applicant" or "Utility") for an increase to its schedule of rates and charges for sanitary sewerage services;

AND UPON reading and considering the Utility's application;

AND UPON it appearing to the Commission that the proposed sanitary sewerage rates and charges are necessary and equitable;

NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the Water and Sewerage Act, RSPEI, 1988, Cap. W-2;

IT IS ORDERED THAT

1. The existing Tariff for sanitary sewerage services of the Community of North Rustico Sewerage Collection and Treatment Corporation is revoked and the Tariff appended to, and forming part of, this order is substituted therefor; and

2. the appended Tariff is approved and declared effective on January 1, 1993 and shall remain in effect until otherwise ordered by the Commission.
