IN THE MATTER of an application by Maritime Electric Company, Limited for a variance to Commission Order UE92-11.

BEFORE THE COMMISSION

Order

WHEREAS Maritime Electric Company, Limited (the "Company") has applied to the Commission for approval to defer the filing of the report on the review of the Joint Use Program as required under Commission Order UE92-11 herein dated September 28, 1992;

AND WHEREAS it appears to the Commission that an extension to the filing deadline is warranted;

NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission Act and the Electric Power and Telephone Act;

IT IS ORDERED THAT

1. Paragraph 3 of Commission Order No. UE92-11 is revoked and the following substituted therefor:

3. The Company shall file a report on the above review with the Commission by March 31, 1993.
