UPON the filing by Maritime Electric Company Limited (the "Company") of its proposed Tariff submitted pursuant to Order No. E91-7 of the Public Utilities Commission issued herein on July 22, 1991 and Order UE92-4 of the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission issued herein on June 18, 1992;

AND UPON it appearing to the Commission that the said Tariff is consistent with the findings contained in Orders E91-7 and UE92-4, and is not unreasonable or unjustly discriminatory;

IT IS ORDERED THAT

1. The General Tariff appended to, and forming part of, this Order is approved and declared effective on the dates specified thereon and shall remain in effect until otherwise ordered by the Commission; and

2. The Company shall forthwith prepare and submit to the Commission for its review and approval a draft bill insert for inclusion in the Company's August, 1992 billing cycle that sets forth the changes in customers' bills resulting from this Order.
