WHEREAS Maritime Electric Company, Limited has applied to the Commission for approval of a joint use project on Route 310 near Fortune Bridge;

AND WHEREAS it appears to the Commission that this project is within the best interests of the company and its customers;

NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission Act and the Electric Power and Telephone Act;

IT IS ORDERED THAT

1. The joint use project on Route 310 near Fortune Bridge is approved.
