Notice of Application

TAKE NOTICE that the PEI Retail Gasoline Dealers Association (PEIRGDA) has applied to the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission (the "Commission") for approval of increases of up to 2.0 cents per litre in the retail dealer margins allowed in the province.

HOW TO COMMENT
Any person wishing to comment on the application can do so by writing to the Commission at the address below.
  In order to be considered, comments must be received no later than Friday, February 24, 2012 and must include the name and address of the commentator.  All public comments received will be posted on the Commission’s website.  

FOLLOWING PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE, the Commission will commence its review and analysis of the PEIRGDA’s application.

THE NECESSITY OF A PUBLIC HEARING will be decided by the Commission following its initial review of the filing and the written comments received concerning this application. If a public hearing is to be held, a Notice of Hearing will be published. Otherwise, the Commission will finalize its review in the form of a written Order. Any Orders issued in this matter will be posted on the website at www.irac.pe.ca.
