Important Notices

The above Notice of Appeal Form can either be printed and completed offline or completed online and then printed. As specified in the Rental of Residential Property Act, the completed form must be duly signed and delivered to the Commission within 20 days of receiving the order being appealed, and copies of the notice must be served on all parties.
