Municipal & Private Utilities
Section 15 of the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission Act enables the Commission to levy assessments to water and sewer utilities that are subject to regulatory supervision.
Assessments are calculated based on a utility’s previous year revenues as reported in the their annual report filing, in accordance with the following scale:
