Privacy Notice
Information on these forms is collected pursuant to the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act (the “Lands Protection Act“) and will be used by the Commission in the administration of the said Act. Information provided to the Commission is collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with the Lands Protection Act and the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (PEI).
Form 1 is for use by non-residents.
Form 2 is for use by corporations.
- Form 1 – application by or on behalf of a non-resident pursuant to section 4 of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act
- Form 2 – application by or on behalf of a corporation pursuant to subsection 5(1) of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act
- Form 2A – application by or on behalf of a corporation pursuant to subsection 5(2) of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act
- Form 2B – application by or on behalf of a non-profit corporation pursuant to subsection 5(1) of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act
- Form 6A – aggregate land holding declaration for a person pursuant to section 10 of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act
- Form 6B – aggregate land holding declaration for a corporation pursuant to section 10 of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act
- Form 8A – “Global Lease Permit” – application by or on behalf of a non-resident or corporation pursuant to clause 5.3(1)(b) of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act
- Form 8B – “Global Lease Permit Report” – statement for reporting land leased in pursuant to subsection 5.3(2) of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act
- Form 9 – application by or on behalf of a cooperative venture pursuant to subsection 1.1(3) of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act Exemption Regulations
- Form 9A – application for amendment by or on behalf of a cooperative venture pursuant to subsection 1.1(3) of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act Exemption Regulations
- Form 10A – aggregate land holding declaration for a person pursuant to subsection 11(2) of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act
- Form 10B – aggregate land holding declaration for a corporation pursuant to subsection 11(2) of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act
